New In Face Masks|| First Impressions and Review

I love a good face mask, once it's applied I love knowing that I have around 20 minutes of pure relaxation time. I'm definitely going to be indulging in a face mask session or two over the festive period! My skin changes throughout the seasons and currently it's very dry. Sheet masks are brilliant for locking in and hydrating the skin.
I picked up several from my trip to Rome in the summer (photo diary here, Sephora haul here). I find sheet masks easy to apply, there's hardly any fussing, you don't have to get all sticky applying them and then washing them off etc. The only thing is that most of them are too big for my face, one size definitely doesn't fit all. The Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask smells amazing and is super hydrating. It's really cooling on the skin and definitely makes your face more hydrated and plumped.
Sephora's Pearl Mask is another sheet mask that feels nice on the skin. It also smells delicious and does a good job of hydrating the skin. I haven't tried the Sephora Charcoal Nose Strips but I imagine they will do a good job. There's something so satisfying about seeing the gross stuff on the strip once it has been removed. Another mask I haven't tried yet are the Garnier Pure Self Heating Sauna Masks but anything that promises to self heat is going to be a winner. This is the perfect pamper product for those cold winter nights. Finally, a firm favourite of mine is the Elemis Fruit Active Rejuvenating this mask smells incredible and does such a good job of making the skin look refreshed and plump!

  1. I've only ever used a sheet mask once but absolutely loved it - felt so refreshing, might have to pick up some of the ones you suggested!
