Beauty Haul - YSL and Clinique
As I mentioned in my NYX haul I've done a lot of shopping lately. I go through stages of not buying any makeup and then buying tonnes and August is definitely one of these months. I've done a mixture of drug store and high end shops over the month and I have to say i'm in love with everything I've bought. I've had a couple of weeks to try all the products and I'm super pleased!
I'm having a love affair with Kiko at the minute, their products are amazing and so so cheap. I picked up the Kiko Pure Clean Scrub & Peel Wipes (£5.90), these are supposedly loved by Kim Kardashian West so obviously I had to pick them up. THEY ARE AMAZING!! They have two sides, one is a harsh scrub side that really exfoliates the skin. At first it really hurt but once you get used to it then the feeling is really nice. I am definitely stocking up one these when I next visit a Kiko shop. I also picked up a Bright Duo Baked Eyeshadow in the shade 03 (£8.90) this shade is beautiful. I love that this can just be worn on its own, perfect for travelling! These are super pigmented and last for hours on the eyes.
The last thing I picked up from Kiko was the Creamy Colour Comfort Lip Liner in Tangerine (£5.90) and this is hands down one of the best lip liners I own (you can see my previous top 5 lip liners here), It's so creamy and pigmented; it lasts for hours like literally hours. I've since been back and bought 2 more shades! I then moved on to higher end make up but something that matched the lip liner. Charlotte Tilbury has recently released the Hot Lips Collection, I wanted to try the Kim K West lipstick but it turned out too pale so I went for Hot Emily (£23) - a bright orange!
When I went on holiday (you can see my post here, here and a Sephora haul here) I hit up the Duty Free Beauty shop! I knew I wanted the YSL Le Taint Touche Eclat Foundation (£26 at Duty Free) because it is hands down my favourite foundation. I can't believe I haven't mentioned this on my blog but I absolutely love it, I haven't used any other foundation since I got this. I also picked up the Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover for Lids, Lashes and Lips (£14 at Duty Free). I haven't used this much yet but I love the concept, it feels lovely on the skin and does a good job at removing makeup. I'll update this when I've given it a good old try!

  1. You picked up so many good things - ah, I love the look of the CT lipstick so much!
