So festival season is upon us and Paperself have got the perfect accessories to make sure you stand out from the crowd and look amazing! I have to admit this was one of the cutest packages I have ever seen, just look at those lashes.

I'll start with the stand out product; the paper lashes! They are the most beautiful and intricate false eyelashes I have ever seen; these are the Peacock design*. They are cut to fit but they come with instructions if you need to make them a little shorter. Similarly to regular lashes you just apply the glue (I use Duo eyelash glue) to the band and then with tweezers apply them to your lash line. I like to wait around 30 seconds until the glue goes slightly tacky and then apply them, it makes the last longer and is so much easier to apply this way. With them being paper I would advise you are really careful if you're hoping to wear them more than once, especially if there is alcohol involved whilst you're wearing them! Paperself have tonnes of different styles, the London Skyline and the Merry-Go-Round edition are truly amazing! They are £12.50 per pack which I think is a good price considering how impressive they look - they're definitely a talking point.

Alongside the lashes, I was also kindly sent some temporary tattoos - very Coachella. I was sent 2 packs, one with very simple designs and colours and one more floral and colourful pack. Personally, the simple black and gold arrow style tattoos (£7)* are more wearable - these would make perfect additions to a festival outfit but the floral style would look amazing teamed with a plain black maxi. Also, the pink vine like tattoo (£7)* would look stunning down the spine of a backless top/dress! Again, like the lashes, there are so many beautiful designs on the website; definitely something for everyone. These are easily applied; position them correctly on the skin then simply wet the backing with a flannel for around 30 seconds to 1 minute and they will transfer! They last around 2-4 days which is the perfect time for a festival or the Bank Holiday weekend.
