Evening Skincare Routine

Step One// Bioderma Micellar Water - £5
I always start my evening skincare routine with a good old Micellar water. It's a good way to get off the majority of your makeup and it feels nice on the skin. It doesn't take long to do and it's super easy. It's also a good way of removing your makeup if you don't have a cleanser with you.

Step Two// Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel - £29.50
I love this cleanser, it's amazing! It's a cult product in the beauty world and I totally get why. It removes makeup and dirt quickly and leaves skin feeling fresh and clean. I apply a few pumps to a dry face, massage in, then add water to emulsify and then rinse with a hot muslin cloth - perfect!

Step Three// Merumaya Gentle Exfoliating Toner £17.50*
I don't have much to say on this because I reviewed it in detail here but if you have dry skin and you're looking for a toner then this is for you.

Step Four// Merumaya Concentrated Spot Treatment - £14.50*
This is what it says on the tin, a treatment for spots. I apply a pea sized amount on areas that are particularly blemish prone or if I can feel a spot coming. It dries the skin out a bit but that's what you expect in a spot treatment. If you catch the spot early enough then this works by making sure it doesn't develop. If you apply it to a visible spot then it works by speeding up the healing process.

Step Five// Sunday Riley Luna Oil - £85
Ah, the stuff dreams are made of. I love this oil, it makes my face feel hydrated and nourished in all the right places. The applicator is a droplet and I tend to use between 2-3 drops, rub it in my hands and then press it into my face. It applies blue and you rub it in until the blueness has disappeared. The smell of this is quite strong but I don't mind it - I know a few people who are put off by the smell though so maybe try a sample before paying £££ for it.

Step Six// Sunday Riley Good Genes Treatment - £85
Save the best till last! This treatment is an all in one lactic acid treatment. It plumps, brightens and refines the skin and my skin always feels amazing after this. This is a brilliant anti-ageing product but that isn't my main concern so don't be put off thinking that this is only for older skin. I always apply this in conjunction with the Luna Oil as I think it works best. It says to wait for 5 minutes before applying this which I do, it feels more like a relaxing pamper step in my night time routine.
