My High End Lipstick Collection

Over the last couple of years I've become a bit of a lipstick addict. It started with drugstore brands such as Rimmel and Maybelline but the more I got into makeup the more I discovered high end lipsticks. I don't have a huge collection (compared to plenty of other bloggers) but I do try and buy shades that are different from each other, that's how I justify it to myself and my boyfriend haha!

Lets start with Mac, my collection has grown massively since this post again, compared to others it's still relatively small. Starting from the top row (left to right) Vegas Volt, Love Lorn, Shy Girl, Girl about Town, Candy Yum Yum, Angel, Rebel, Velvet Teddy, Russian Red, Faux, Viva Glam Miley Cyrus and Viva Glam Nicki. My favourites are probably; Rebel, Velvet Teddy and Candy Yum Yum. You can't beat a new Mac lipstick, the smell is instantly recognisable and I just love them/

Next up, Charlotte Tilbury. As you can see I don't have a lot but they are quite pricey. There are a few more I want to add to my collection but for now I have two polar opposites for my collection. The nude shade is Penelope Pink which I received in my Charlotte Tilbury Dolce Vita Gift Set which is the perfect everyday nude whereas the darker shade, Glastonberry is a much more dramatic night out shade.

Moving on to Illamasqua lipsticks, these I have to admit I don't wear as often. Test is my favourite, again it's another nude which looks lovely with a brown smoky eye. Rosepout is a slightly more pinky nude, perfect for spring time. Finally, Immodest is my favourite shade but my least worn out of the three. It is so drying I really struggle with being able to wear it, the shade itself is a beautiful, bright Barbie pink but it is far too drying for my lips.

Another little luxury that I've slightly dabbled in is YSL Glossy Stains, I'm yet to own a YSL lipstick but if I love them as much as these Glossy Stains then I need one ASAP. The purple is shade 108 and the orangey/pink is shade 35. I love how moisturising these are and how they feel on the lips. I've reviewed them here if you want a more in depth look at these.

Finally, these aren't really high end but they aren't really drugstore either. They are made by Jenny Packham and I received them for Christmas. There is a true red, orangey red, pink and a purple shade. They are really moisturising lipsticks and the shades are gorgeous. I've never been able to find them anywhere else but if you ever see them near Christmas time (I bought them in Boots) I would 100% recommend picking them up.
