My Rock Pamper Scissors Experience

Way back in May I won a £50 voucher to use on Rock Pamper Scissors from the Leeds May Meet (thanks Hayley, you can see my post about the meet here). First of all let me explain the concept of RPS...

Basically Rock Pamper Scissors is a website designed to make booking, hair, beauty and grooming appointments online. In a world where literally everything is online, it still baffles me that we have to book hair/beauty appointments over the phone and we sometimes even have to look up the numbers in the phone book shock horror. That's where RPS comes in. Created in Leeds, the people of RPS have a wide selection of hair and beauty salons based in the Leeds area that feature on their website. Not only do they supply numbers and addresses for the salons but you can simply pick a treatment, choose your stylist and then book a date and time on the website, easy as that.

They have recently just expanded their outreach to the Manchester area too and they are developing and expanding their business as I type. I really think this is a great idea as it's so quick and simple. I also like that they supply you with user ratings out of 5 stars and they let you know any current offers and whether they offer student discount or not.

I booked a massage and a facial with my £50 voucher, originally I worried whether I would be able to use as i'm not from Leeds but my boyfriend and I decided to visit the Leeds Trinity shopping centre which was perfect. After searching the website and looking for the perfect salon for me I chose Angles of Beauty in Kirkstall and I couldn't have been happier. My treatments were amazing, I felt totally relaxed and the ladies were lovely.

Rock Pamper Scissors is definitely a service i'll be using again, it was so simple and easy and the results were brilliant. I thoroughly recommend using their website to check out offers and ratings if you're around the Leeds or Manchester area.
