Boots Haul

DSCN1740

I just cannot resist a little splurge in Boots every once in a while. They always have sneaky offers that suck you in and i'm an absolute sucker for them. Let's start with L'Oreal and the 2 for £15 offer. I decided to try the L'Oreal Infallible 24 hour wear foundation in the shade 125 Natural Rose as i'd seen a picture of someone wearing this and they looked absolutely flawless. For once I wasn't the palest shade (3rd from palest actually) and this makes me look really healthy and glowy, look out for a full review soon. To make up the offer I purchased the L'Oreal L'Extraordinaire liquid lipstick in 101 Rose Melody. This is something I've wanted to try for a while now and i'm already very impressed.

Moving on to Soap and Glory where there was a 3 for 2 deal, how anyone can resist these is beyond me. I've been wanting to try the Archery Brow Pencil in forever so I finally picked up the shade Brownie Points this has literally been out of stock every time I've tried to buy it so I managed to bag myself the last one. Another product I've heard lots of positive praise for is the Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Sticks in the shade Nudist. This shade is loved so much in the blogger world, it's a kind of nudey coral shade, perfect for everyday wear. Finally my third and free product is a new launch from Soap and Glory it's their Kick Ass Blur and Brighten Concealer in the shade Light. I'm pretty sure this is the same as their original Kick Ass concealer just in pen form. I got this to try and do some serious Kimmy K highlighting, i'll keep you posted!

Another sneaky offer was buy one get one half price on Seventeen products and I had a triple points voucher when buying anything from the brand. The Instant Glow Shimmer Brick in Pink Bronze is just beautiful, it reminds me of the Bobbi Brown Shimmer Bricks but much cheaper. Again, i'll be reviewing this so keep an eye out for that. My half price product is another thing I've had my eye on for a while and it's the Eye Eye Crayon in Molton Metal a gorgeous cooper colour. They have some lovely colours and I wished i'd have picked up another couple because they are super blendable and so quick and easy to use!

  1. Love the look of the concealer, I'm a sucker for anything in pen form for some reason as that eye pencil is calling my name too! I'd love to see a review of the concealer at some point. ALSO just noticed you reached 600 followers - well done! I've followed you for such a long time and its awesome to see your blog and following grow as it deserves :)

  5. I love the Infallible foundation, it comes in so many light/pale shades and gives pretty high(ish) coverage. Lots of lovely goodies you got there.

Good luck with the Archery pencil, the tint dries out super fast.

    1. I love it, been using it about two weeks now! Aw no, it's pretty wet now tbh so maybe it's better when it dries out a bit?
